I'll go to war over the oxtail and mac plate. Chicken wings are hit or miss. Owner is sweet and so proud of her food. I love her. Always a bit of a wait I recommend calling ahead. Definitely worth trying

Let me tell you something, run don't walk! If you have to walk, then walk (but walk fast ) when I tell you that this is some of the best food I've eaten in a while I mean just that. I came in for oxtails but have never tried jerk chicken so I paid extra for a mixed plate. I got the Jerk chicken, oxtail, rice and beans, cabbage and some Orange, sweet vegetable that came with it. It was flavorful, juicy tender, very well seasoned and enough for the following day. The food is so good. I'm not gone lie everything on my plate was seasoned perfectly. The cabbage was magnificent, the beans and rice had tons of flavor and complimented everything on my plate without being too salty. The orange vegetable mixed perfectly with everything giving everything a hint of sweet while complimenting the Caribbean spices (chef's kiss) two cons: 1: I wish that the food was packed better as a lot of liquid spilled out of my container by the time I got home and 2. I'll be back tomorrow. go check them out. So good

Bodeau's Caribbean Cuisine is an independent, Haitian-owned restaurant on the Eastside of Las Vegas. The restaurant's menu is primarily a mashup of Haitian, Jamaican, and American soul food cuisines. My last visit was in February 2022. I had just moved to the Las Vegas Valley nine months earlier and decided to be intentional about supporting local Black-owned businesses during the month of February. The restaurant's highlights include top notch customer service and flavorful, well-seasoned food.

First off, I had the pleasure of meeting Kerby, the owner. She's the sweetest person ever, and you can really tell she's all about bringing positivity into her restaurant. My girlfriend and I came here after horseback riding since it was on the way to our house, and it was probably the best decision we could've made. We ordered for takeout the goat curry, catfish, chicken wings, jerk chicken, mac 'n cheese, and she even gave us a bonus serving of oxtail! (I know it's a lot, we were hungry) Everything was a 10/10, and for my first time trying Caribbean cuisine, I'll definitely be coming back. One of the best local spot we've found yet!

SERVICE: A++ FOOD: A++ First the owner is amazing!! Helped us choose everything and the food takes a little while because they are made in house and FRESH, made to order baby! She also shows the food before you leave to make sure you get everything and that you're happy. My favorite was the oxtail and Mac, I took the Mac and dipped it in the oxtail sauce definitely coming back, thank you for being so amazing Kerby!

Delicious food and great service. The owner is very friendly and cooks very tasty food. We got the medium oxtails and medium jerk chicken. It comes with cabbage, plantains, and your choice of rice or mac and cheese. We liked the oxtails the most, but everything was great. We put the oxtails sauce on the cabbage and dipped the plantains in it, which gave them a boost of flavor. We wanted to try the red snapper too, but we knew we wouldn't finish everything. We had to take a bit of this order to go. We will definitely be back for it!

First time trying this restaurant. It didn't disappoint. If you're in the mood for carribean try this place out. It is located in a very small restaurant. There's only the owner cooking the food so there could be a wait when ordering but it's worth it. The owner however is very friendly and provides great customer service. We ordered the oxtail plate and the chicken curry plate to go. Both plates were amazing. I enjoyed the oxtail more than the curry. It was very flavourful and seasoned nicely in its broth. The sides it came with such as the rice and beans, plantains and cabbage tasted great as well. The first carribean spot I've tried in Vegas and the best so far. If you're in Vegas and looking for carribean food, you should definitely support this small but delicious restaurant out.

This place is delicious. They do the best they can with what they've got. It's just her and one person helping out. So if the wait is long, don't be mean.. she's a one woman show. While waiting for our food I asked my brother how does she do it?! Prepping, shopping, and just her there all day! Good for her!! I hope the word gets out and I hope she gets some great help anddddd get herself into a better location so people will know how to find her!! The place is small and just plain tables and a TV. But who cares? The food speaks for itself and has more flavor than some 5 star restaurants. Unfortunately, they were out of oxtails. But I'm looking forward to getting back there and trying it out!!
